Agenda for Children
The Agenda for Children (AFC) is a city initiative that brings together city departments, community-based organizations, philanthropies, businesses, and residents to create and implement plans to improve the lives of Cambridge children and families. The goal of the Agenda for Children is to have healthy children who are successful in school and live in strong communities. In addition to the Literacy Initiative, AFC has an Out of School Time Initiative
